If your life were an RPG, what would your special ability be called?
"I've got just the thing for this!" - Difficulty Check 8 (Rolled on d20) Alfred digs into his backpack and finds just the thingie, gizmo or gadget he needs to solve the problem at hand. DC increases by 2 per use per day. On a failed roll he still finds the right thingie, gizmo or gadget, but takes longer to implement it than if he'd just solve the problem manually.
