MOrdheim campaign starting
The Mordheim campaign has finally begun — and it started with a bang! Last night, our club venue transformed into the cursed ruins of the City of the Damned as four brave (or foolish) commanders — Nils, Eric, David, and Hugo — sent their freshly painted warbands into battle. The smell of static grass and ambition filled the room as dice clattered and warbands clashed among crooked towers and broken cobblestones.
We had two intense matches to kick things off, each packed with the kind of chaos Mordheim is famous for. There were critical hits, heroic last stands, and more than one unlucky soul who learned why ladders are never to be trusted. From daring treasure grabs to doomed charges gone hilariously wrong, it was the perfect reminder of why we love this game: unpredictable, cinematic, and full of personality.
Laughter echoed through the club as warbands limped off to lick their wounds (and count their surviving henchmen). It’s safe to say the campaign momentum is real now — rivalries are forming, grudges are already brewing, and everyone’s scheming for next week’s games. Mordheim is alive again in our club, and the streets are anything but safe!
